Our store hours are Monday through Saturday 11:00 AM to 6:30 PM. 

We offer FREE and SECURE shipping on all our orders across India. Please note, there may be some areas that fall beyond the serviceable list in which case we will notify you of the shipping charges on a case to case basis.

We aim to ship all orders within 10 business days. Processing times may be subject to customization requests and inventory availability. 

We have a 7-day return policy which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to contact us and request a return. Returns are only accepted for manufacturing defects, damages or in case you receive a wrong item. If your return is accepted we will contact you with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We offer FREE repairs, resizing and jewelry preservation at any time for pieces purchased at Tisya. If a repair or resizing is not possible, or in case of other exceptions we will contact you regarding any incremental costs or replacements. 

Our payment options include credit cards, debit cards, Netbanking and UPI.

Taxes are calculated at check-out: 3% GST on listed prices in INR.
